Grass® Technologies designs, manufactures, and sells leading edge products in the fields of Neurology, Polysomnography, and other Life Science markets.

Products include amplifiers, stimulators, software, accessories and electrodes for both clinical and research applications.

Clinical product equipment is primarily sold into the Sleep Disorders, EEG Diagnostic, and Long-Term Monitoring (LTM) Epilepsy diagnostic markets, and are sold to hospitals, free-standing clinics, and private physicians’ offices. Current Grass clinical products include the SleepTrek3® portable home sleep screener, small lightweight physiological data recorder, the FDA listed Grass S12X Cortical Stimulator for cortical stimulation mapping to aid in cortical resection procedures for clinical use, and TWin® Neurotrac-III® Neuromonitoring Software for computing and displaying long-term trends of EEG features during continuous EEG monitoring in the ICU, NICU, OR, and Seizure Monitoring units. The wide range of products for Sleep Disorders, EEG, and LTM includes lab‑based to ambulatory to WIRELESS recorders.

Grass research products consist of stimulators, including the S88X stimulator and SD9 square pulse stimulator, as well as amplifiers, including the 15LT amplifier and LP511 amplifier, and PolyVIEW™ software. Customers of the Grass research line are typically university research centers or pharmaceutical companies engaged in drug research. The Grass consumable products are comprised predominantly of sensing devices used to collect physiological data from patients, and are utilized with the systems described above.
